Project Description
PwC Thailand sought to accommodate a growing workplace within its existing headquarter. The proposal reconfigured an underutilised meeting room into a flexible co-working hub, creating capacity for approximately 50 additional workstations, while transforming the existing pantry into a collaborative social space. The design focused on improving workplace efficiently and promoting interdepartmental communication, collaboration and teamwork by creating shared spaces that encourages spontaneous interaction and informal meetings, while improving workplace efficiency without increasing the office footprint. The project demonstrates how strategic workplace planning can unlock hidden capacity while fostering collaboration, employee wellbeing, and a more connected workplace culture.
