ARC Design Studio was founded by Warisara Sirimongkolkasem, a qualified architect recognised by the UK Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Royal Institute of British Architect (RIBA).  Having worked in the UK and Thailand on different types of projects at all scales, from interior and architecture to public spaces and regenerative masterplans, Warisara believes that behind the success of every project lies a healthy and creative collaboration with clients, users, consultants and contractors, from initial design through to delivery.

The everyday human experience is always the starting point in our designs.  Whether designing for users, residents, or passersby, we aim to make spaces that will enrich people's lives.  Teamwork, collaboration, and empathy are inherent in good design. Raising the right questions, recognising when to support, and when to lead, are the key fundamentals to how we bring rigour, responsibility, and humility to each project.

ARC Design Studio is interested in creative solutions that face all of us: how to create diverse and delightful environments; how the built environment can create and enhance a sense of community; how can we achieve density with improved amenity; how do we make spaces meaningful and loved; and what do we mean by a good design?

ARC aims to question these issues throughout the design process, while delivering specific crafted designs that will benefit the owner, stakeholders, end user, as well as the broader environment.

ARC's design is not based on any house style or set of solutions, but we allow the architectural expression to emerge from the answers to these big questions. Environmental principles are fundamental to ARC's designs, which will be embedded from the start of any project, rather than a technological overlay.  ARC believes good design must arise from a thoughtful process of study and research, combining with technical knowledge social and political understanding.  We believe that unavoidable and unforeseen events that occur in every project do not derail the design process, but rather enriches the solutions to the design.

ARC Design Studio is focused on integrated design for the built environment.  There is no restriction on the spectrum of what we design and who we design for.  Our approach integrates aspects across disciplines through close collaboration with specialists, in order to deliver delightful spaces that can adapt over the generations.
