Project Description
This project transforms a developer-finished condominium into bespoke bachelor residence defined by architectural joinery, refined materiality and purposeful spatial planning. Rather than relying on conventional partitions or decorative elements, bespoke joinery becomes the defining architectural language, integrating generous concealed storage while subtly delineating the library, living and private spaces. This approach preserves openness, natural light and visual continuity, creating a fluid sequence of spaces that balances privacy and connectivity A restrained palette of warm timber, black marble, interplay between matte and reflective surfaces and neutral finishes, establishes a masculine yet inviting atmosphere, softened by natural daylight, layered lighting and tactile materials. Every bespoke element, from integrated appliances and concealed workstations to custom shelving and feature walls, is carefully crafted to maximise functionality while maintaining a calm, uncluttered environment. The result is a space that balances luxury with practicality, where craftsmanship, proportion and thoughtful detailing define a contemporary urban home.
